Implementasi Metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) dalam Pemilihan Proyek Kontruksi

Kehadiran perusahaan-perusahaan industri membuka peluang cukup besar bagi kontraktor lokal untuk ikut bergabung dalam pembangunan proyek perindustrian tersebut sesuai bidang keahlian masing-masing. Para Kontraktor harus mampu menyikapi kondisi persaingan agar dapat mempertahankan keberlangsungan operasional perusahaan. Perencanaan dan pengendalian Proyek merupakan hal yang diperhatikan kontruksi. Berbagai upaya dilakukan mendapatkan menjalankan sehingga tidak jarang mengakibatkan akuratnya pertimbangan pengambilan project baik dari sisi Harga, waktu, Elevasi Lokasi kerja maupun Tenaga dibutuhkan awal pelaksanaan hingga selesainya tersebut. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya mengalami kerugian bahkan bangkrut. Banyaknya dikerjakan pada sebuah bisnis, membutuhkan strategi tepat menentukan prioritas. Kriteria-kriteria tertentu menjadi perhatian seorang manager membuat keputusan serta Hasil Impementasi penggunaan metode AHP Pemilihan Kontruksi menunjukkan hasil dua penawaran tertinggi dengan nilai 0.77 0.74. Penggunaan penlitian memudahkan pihak perusahaan memilih kontruksi akan lebih dulu matang terstruktur kriteria perusahaan.
